Code of Conduct:
- Respect: This includes respect for teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and spectators.
- Sportsmanship: Exhibiting good sportsmanship both on and off the field is crucial.
- Communication: Clear and respectful communication is essential for effective teamwork.
- Rules of the Game: Understanding and following the rules of the sport is fundamental.
- No Coarse Language: Maintaining a professional and respectful atmosphere.

- Transparency: Coaches should communicate expectations and team policies clearly to players and parents.
- Feedback: Provide regular and constructive feedback to players on their performance.
- Open Dialogue: Encourage open communication among team members and between players and coaches.
3. Safety:
- Equipment: Ensure proper and safe use of equipment.
- First Aid: Have appropriate first-aid supplies and trained personnel available.
- Emergency Procedures: Develop and communicate emergency procedures.
4. Team Dynamics:
- Teamwork: Encourage collaboration and shared responsibility.
- Leadership: Identify and support natural leaders within the team.
- Accountability: Hold all players accountable for their actions and contributions.

Refund Policy
Refund/Team Departures
We will not provide refunds once the season begind for players who voluntarily depart the team.
It is within our discretion to remove any team member who causes issues.
once entering into an active basketball season with the team, you must be solely committed to playing with Hoop Culture, and no outside teams until the season concludes. (Unless otherwise permitted or approved by coaches)
As fundraising is a collaborative effort, we will not provide refunds for any team member who chooses to depart after the fundraiser has concluded.
